9. How long does it takes to ship a Bike?
Within Germany customers will receive their bike within 3-7 business days. The worldwide shipping depends on your destination. Please ask us.
10. Will i receive my Bike assembled?
All Eisenherz Bikes come 90% assembled. All you need to do is assemble the pedals and the wheels upon receiving the bike.
11. What to do when your Parcel is damaged?
The bike is packed very carefully and usually everythings goes well with the shipping. But please make sure, when the bike arrives, that theres no damage on the outer packaging. If so, please make immediately sure, that theres no damage at the bike. If your parcel is damaged, please hand it in at your Post outlet where a damage notification form will be filled in. The parcel will then be sent for a check of the packaging and content. Please Note: Acceptance of delivery voids any liability to freight company.
12. What does ”Eisenherz” mean?
„Eisenherz” means Ironheart, the german version of the hero in the comic strip „Prince Valiant”. For us our company name underlines our passion for steel.
